The University of the Peloponnese, as part of its mission and in the framework of the Erasmus+ Program in cooperation with the State Scholarships Foundation (Ι.Κ.Υ.), offers its students opportunities to:
- Attend courses and/or prepare their Diploma Thesis, as part of the curriculum, in a European Higher Education Institution of the Erasmus+ Program, in cooperation with the University of the Peloponnese (see Bilateral Agreements, below).
- Carry out their Traineeship in a European Employment Agency under the Erasmus+ Program.
- Follow the above in combination, i.e., Studies and Traineeship.
ECTS recognition of Erasmus+ students is mandatory.
Bilateral Agreements with other Universities
A call for expression of interest is announced twice a year (about the beginning of September for the following Spring Semester and about the beginning of February for the following Winter Semester) in the University Website Announcements and the Department Website Announcements.
Note: Students who wish in the future to apply for mobility through the Erasmus+ program for Studies or Traineeship, for the correct planning and the necessary preparatory work must contact the Departmental Erasmus+ Coordinator (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Denise-Penelope Kontoni, kontoni@uop.gr) months in advance and at least 20 days before submitting their application.
